Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Returns, Claims & Final Sale

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us through our website contact form within 72 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos, if applicable.

If an error has occurred on our end, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement or issue a refund. We are unable to review or honor claims submitted after the 72-hour window.

Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Live Plant Disclaimer

Live plants and dahlia tubers are perishable, living products, and their performance depends on many factors outside our control.

We are not responsible for damage or loss due to:

  • Weather conditions (including heat, cold, or frost)

  • Improper storage, handling, planting, or care

  • Pest or disease issues after delivery

Variations in color, size, and form are natural and should be expected. Cultivars may perform differently depending on climate, soil, and growing conditions. We do not guarantee that a plant will look or perform the same in your environment as it does in ours.
